Joint Venture Partner Wanted

We are looking for joint venture partner to setup a distribution center in west coast of USA.

* Ideally, the location is to be near Los Angeles, or San Francisco, CA.

* The joint venture distribution center will take over the sales in the states of AK, CA, HI, NV, OR, WA and west coast of Canada.

* Minimum Investment of $250,000 is required for start up and for stock of inventory. The potential candidate must have the financial capacity or resources to finance the business during first 3 year period of time.

* We anticipate full return of the investment within 3 years. And it is likely that the business will be able to generate profits sooner than anticipation. In this case, the business will basically run on its own without requiring no or less additional investment.

* You as our joint venture partner will enjoy the profit sharing according to a mutually agreed plan.
