    For individuals, please first check our Dealer List.  If you are within 50 miles of any one of our dealers, we will not usually accept your order unless the aquarium you are interested is one of our "special deals" which usually means the aquarium is somewhat less than perfect or it is an older floor display model. If you are far away from our dealers, you can either invite your local aquarium store to become our dealer and order for you, or you can purchase directly from us by sending us an email or Order Form, we will confirm availability and prices by email, and ship to you after receiving full Paypal or credit card payment.  You may earn a $100 fish or coral credit, or shipping discount, or both, by encouraging your local store to join us - see details [ here ].

To order, add the total amount of all items, add the shipping rate from the list below. Shipping Information:                                                               

For Aquariums: We recommend that you pick up from our warehouse in Maspeth, New York, just 10 minutes from Manhattan. If you prefer we will ship to you, we must receive full payment before shipment. Shipping and handling charges of tanks, with or without stands/hoods, are listed below, subject to our final confirmation:

Shipping Damage: Over the years, we have greatly improved our packaging system. To see how good our packaging is, please enter [ here ]. We double-check each tank before shipping it out. To protect merchandises from shipping damage, we use Styrofoam bottoms, corners, sheets, wraps, as well as bubble wraps, cardboard, wood crates, wood pallet, bandings, stoppers, and shrink-wraps, wherever needed. 
        It is therefore not likely you will receive damaged aquarium. But if you do, we will replace it. It is important, however, that you open and check the packages to make sure the contents are OK at the time of delivery. If you find damage, let the driver mark it onto Bill of Lading. Be sure to send us pictures showing both the damaged content and its damaged outer package, with a copy of the Bill of Lading marked and signed by driver, via email and contact us within first 48 hours, so that we can use the materials you provide to file claim against shipping company.  It's important to know that if you do not inspect the goods while the driver is still there, you would almost never get the driver acknowledge the damage later and as a result, you risk losing the eligibility for a replacement, and you would have to pay for the shipping costs involving the replacement, even if we do agree to replace in such case.

Return/Refund/Exchange Privileges: Most new, unused products may be exchanged within 21 days after delivery. We are currently unable to accept returns of used items, or custom-made aquarium, or items returned more than 21 days after delivery. A 25% restocking fee is assessed on all returns. Restocking fees are final. A copy of the receipt or proof of payment must accompany any product to be returned/exchanged. Product must be in original box with original accessories, packaging, and manuals, in brand-new, undamaged condition. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or used will not be accepted or given credit. Defective items can be exchanged for the exact same item only. If an item being exchanged for is out of stock and no longer manufactured, we will replace it with a model that is closest to the style, shape, and size of the defective product. In such case, we will pay the difference if the purchased price of the defective product is higher than the replacement item; and you will pay the difference if the purchased price of the defective item is lower than the replacement item. All special sale items that are posted on the Specials Deal Pages are final and non-returnable. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Customer must package the returning product securely against possible shipping damage. To return a product, you must first contact us at info@4fishtank.com or call us at 718-433-2698.
